A team of doctors, nurses, and volunteers—including OA India church members—provided essential healthcare services. OA India expressed gratitude to Caleb Institute’s leadership and to the medical professionals who served with dedication.

The event was also supported by Shri Ram Mansingh Ji of the Bharatiya Janata Party, who encouraged residents to benefit from the services. Pastor Udaya Ananda of AG Church in New Delhi brought patients from Badarpur to participate.

OA India reaffirmed its commitment to work with like-minded organizations to support the health and well-being of people across India.

The Roman Road to Salvation is a structured approach that guides believers through key scriptures in Romans, highlighting humanity’s need for redemption, the role of faith, and the assurance of eternal life through Jesus Christ.

The office underscored the historical significance of Romans, citing how it profoundly impacted figures like Augustine of Hippo, sparked the Reformation with Martin Luther, and inspired John Wesley. Recognizing Romans’ role in shaping Christian history, the Assembly’s general office called on its ministries to teach the Word with dedication and integrity. This initiative reflects a desire to equip pastors and leaders with theological depth, aiming to strengthen the faith of congregations across India and deepen believers’ understanding of God’s plan for salvation.

The office believes that this renewed focus will lead to lasting spiritual transformation, encouraging ministries to guide their members toward a grounded, scripturally-based faith journey.

In spite of Covid-19 pandemic halting Christmas celebration for few years, by his grace and mercy, we are now able to celebrate it again. It is indeed a privilege and great opportunity at the same time. Christmas and the New Year only being a week apart presents another opportune time for outreach through carols and various functions as extended time of showing of charity and compassion to those in need.

It is my prayer that this Christmas, all the churches and believers will be able to celebrate without any hindrances from in and out. We remember, the suffering churches and individuals who are often persecuted for their faith. May this Christmas bring new opportunity to witness to those who might have misunderstood the good news of the gospel, that it is for all people, at all places including ours. And especially it is true for those who have not heard the gospel in its entirety.

May the New Year 2024 be a year in which we all walk closer with the Lord and may we walk in spirit-filled life, experiencing His miracles everyday so as to be filled with His peace, joy, hope and love throughout the year, without lacking anything.

May the grace and peace of our Lord Jesus be with you all. Amen.

The two-day leadership training focussed on Discipleship and how to be an effective discipler for the Kingdom of God.

The intensive two-day training was taught by Dr. Peter Beita of Olivet Assembly of Churches in India and South Asia.

The participants testified how they have been enriched greatly by the training.

May the good Lord bless the precious participants who have resolved to disciple many people around them. Amen.

The general office gets many queries from local churches on the same question when the music classes especially free guitar classes will resume.

The office has instructed all the local churches to follow the Standard operating procedure (SOP) issued by the local authorities strictly and to resume the classes only when it is safe to do so.

The local churches and the music ministries will be responsible for the classes and they may schedule the onsite classes when it is safe.

The general office recommends that online classes may be held till it is safe to conduct the onsite classes.

Churches reported that the communities around them have responded such good and positive initiatives from the church and they have received it very well.

The intention of such outreach programmes are to bless the communities as part of the community services and to engage with the youths and alike positively for the society; at the same time they can also enjoy and benefit the services which are absolutely free of costs, said one of the organising leaders.

The organisers also give thanks to the volunteer teachers who have been teaching totally free at various locations. “Truly, they exemplify the serving nature of Christ,” the leader said.

The churches in the region will continue to bless and give such good services that are offered without any string attached, free of cost as part of their community service.

From September 20th until the end of the month, OTM NA will visit the cities of Detroit, Chicago, and Houston, respectively. OTM training will be held from September 3rd to the 15th in order to train leaders who desire to lead teens. In addition, OTM NA will train the volunteers who have been set up in Los Angeles via online videos and resources as well as holding online meetings.

As OTM will be training leaders and doing the mission tour in the Midwest region, one main focus will be to create various resources to train new leaders and volunteers. They will be working on creating all the resources needed for the mission tour such as understanding high school students and holding successful youth programs in local churches.
