This Christmas, I pray that the Love, Joy, Peace and Hope of our Lord Jesus Christ will be with you and your loved ones and that you may celebrate this Christmas with joy like the angels who held the first Christmas Carols with the Shepherds as recorded in the gospel of Luke 2.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the celebration may not be up to your expectations but by keeping yourself safe from further spread of the virus is an important one and you are contributing to a safer environment for everyone. May the good Lord bless you as you sacrifice for the comfort and safety of others.
Lord Jesus came in the midst of chaos and sufferings of humanity, to help save the world from its bondages physically and spiritually. We, as his followers are to do the same. The gospel of John reminded us that Christ is the light of the world, and Christ himself told us that we are the salt and the light of this world. May everyone shine to others this Christmas!
And may the New Year, the year of 2022 be a year where you and your loved ones and our world will be more blessed, more peaceful, more joyful with the Lord’s leading us as the good Shepherd.
